I'm looking for the names and locations of Alabama Civil War military campsites, along with the units that were occupying them. I've "located" a few, as follows (but more precise information could be helpful):

Camp CURRY, near Talladega, AL (30th Inf)
Camp DOG RIVER FACTORY, near Mobile, AL (7th Cav)
Camp FORNEY, Conecuh Co., AL (2nd Cav; 32nd Inf)
Camp GOLDTHWAITE, near Talladega, AL (31st Inf) [Enlistments at Talladega, AL, were actually at Jenkins' Old Field, located near Talladega.]
Camp GONZALEZ, Escambia Co., AL (6th Cav)
Camp HUNTER, near Montgomery, AL? (2nd Cav)
Camp JACKSON, near Pensacola, FL (29th Inf)
Camp JOHN[S]TON, near Camargo, MS (2nd Cav)
Camp LEE, Santa Rosa Co., FL (2nd Cav)
Camp LEE, near Pollard, AL (2nd Cav; 29th Inf)
Camp LOMAX, near Pensacola, FL? (2nd Cav)
Camp MORY, Montgomery, AL (Hilliard's Legion, June 62)
Camp MORGAN, Santa Rosa Co., FL (6th Cav)
Camp PERDIDO, Baldwin Co., AL (2nd Cav)
Camp PERDIDO, near Pensacola, FL (15th CS Cav)
Camp POLLARD, near Pollard, AL
Camp STEVENS [STEPHENS], near Pensacola, FL (29th Inf)
Camp (of instruction) STONE, Montgomery, AL (2nd Cav)
Camp WARD, Baldwin Co., AL (6th Cav)
Camp WITHERS, Baldwin Co., AL (6th Cav)

Can anyone add to the list? I'm mostly interested in those inside Alabama, but all are interesting. Contact me at kjones@tarleton.edu
