I found some information in Montgomery that said B. B. Brown, was inducted to the Montgomery True Blues as a private, 1-9-1861. I find later he was in the 3rd Regiment Georgia Volunteer Infantry company D. Seems he enlisted in Georgia in 4-24-1861.
Can anyone help me with what was the Montgomery True Blues? Was this a army group or just the local military group.
