Can someone tell me how I might find information on a pension filed by a confederate veteran? John Willis Kornegay served with North Carolina and was attached to Robert E. Lee's army of Northern Virginia,but when he applied for his pension after the war because of wounds that he had received, he was living in Southeast Alabama.Somewhere around Houston County.Does anyone know how I might go about finding information about this application?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
