Geo. or Glenn if you are listening I have a question about the data base you use. Does it contain the actual Mil. records?? Some of the data you found for me is so specific it appears to have come from Mil. records. When I read their appl. page it didn't say specifically that they had the actual Mil. records.

The last two Malone brothers of four who serviced the confederacy were as follows: My g-grandfather, Edward W. Malone, I think he enlisted Aug 12, 1862 in Co. I, 59th VA Infantry Regiment. His brother, George Blackwell Malone, Mustered into service of State of Miss. on 15 Mar 1861 at Kosciusko, Miss. then traveled to Corinth, Miss to the Regiment. Out of four brothers, two died and two were wounded but lived through the war.
