Hello - I am trying to identify the location of a place called Strawberry Hill, in Shenandoah County, near Strasburg. Reference is made to this hill as being a picket post during February 1863. I have found Round Hill and Fisher's Hill on maps, but nowhere Strawberry Hill. Is Round Hill or Fisher's Hill another name for Strawberry Hill?
None of the histories of Shenandoah County shed any light on this, if they even mention Strawberry Hill.
