I have copies of the regimental histories for these units.
I am looking for other letters, diaries, accounts, casualty lists, ordnance records, etc., for these five companies. A portion of each company, if not all, were engaged in some manner at the Battle of Lewisburg, May 23, 1862. At least four of the guns were captured by the Federals, and it is possible that 3 to 5 more were abandoned in the retreat. The records that I have found thus far are not very clear.
