Does anyone have the locations and dates of Virginia's 51st Infantry immediately after departing from Fort Donelson? I assume they traveled to Clarksville, then Nashville, then Murfreesboro, Tennessee before they were ordered to Chattanooga, Tennessee. I believe they began their march to Chattanooga, Tennessee on March 5, 1862 and arrived in Chattanooga on March 8, 1862. After their short stay in Chattanooga, they returned to Abingdon, Va.
