Didn't find him. I looked under "W.Wolf" & "W.Wolfe". In the VA 13th was Godfrey Miller Wolfe. In the VA 45 Regt. Infantry was Laurance S.Wolf. In the VA 45th Battalion Infantry was Ananias Wolf. Checked both Nat.Park Service and civilwardata.com, no Watkins Wolf (e).
