My great grandfather Robert s Oliver was captured at Murfeeboro July 13, 1862, he was in the Ky 8th infantry(Union). It has been told that he met up with two of his brothers there fighting for the South. Since he was from Va. I assume his brothers would have been too. But since he was bound out at the age of 12 to a family in Ky, his brothers could have ended up in another state also.
