I seek info on Skirmish at Mansassas Gap

According to the Daily Richmond Enquirer there was a skirmish on July 21st at Manassas Gap in which the 17th Virginia was engaged.

I'm looking for information on this fight.

Was the 17th Va. Inf. or 17th Va. Cav. involved?
