If anyone has a photo of John Calhoun Stanfield, I would appreciate an attachment to my e-mail address. Joyce Craddock is my cousin. We went to John Stanfield's gravesite together. I would not venture up the rocky, brushy hill as it was still copperhead season. My husband and cousin Joyce made the trip and cleaned off the grave site. They both were covered in scratches. It was worth the effort on my part as I missed the scratches and the snakes. Captain John Calhoun Stanfield was my great-great grandfather. His daughter Ann Eliza Stanfield married my grandfather, Lycurgus Curd Hurt who was the father to my grandfather, Lennie cameron Hurt.
