I have emailed the picture. As you will be able to see, someone has done some touch up on the eyes in the picture. As background, I can remember two stories about the picture related to me by my now deceased mother. Her grandfather was William "Pete" Taylor of Company E, 2nd Virginia Cavalry. One story was that the picture was of her uncles that were killed at Gettysburg. Another time she said that the picture was of her father or grandfather, I do not remember which and the man on the left was an officer. My grandfather was Jacob Hilliard of the 7th Virginia Cavalry, but I would think he would be younger than either man pictured. He did have a half brother (John Henderson) that was a captain in the same regiment. I re-discovered the picture in my mother's Bible. I can remember the picture hanging in my Grandmother's house in Oklahoma (the home was then occupied by my Uncle Yank.)
