My second great grandfather enlisted at Fredericksburg, VA, on April 14, 1862 with Captain Arnold's Northern Neck Rangers Company D. 15th Battalion at age 32 along with a brother. William Pruett was my 2nd ggrandfather and his brother's name was Woodson Pruett. I would like to know what battles they fought in and share information with anyone related to the Pruetts of Virginia. William Pruett received in pension in KY, I am pretty certain. I don't know if Woodson Pruett survived or not.
