Hi, hoping you can assist me and locating any records that may exists for Union prisoners held at Belle, Castle,Libbey Prisons. My Graet-Grandfather John Carrigan was taken prisoner and held at all three prisons until he was parolled. He was captured off a Union ship, either the North carolina or Columbia off of Wilmington SC. Thank You Bob Hart
