Seaton Haden enlisted in Co. H, 51st Virginia Infantry on July 21, 1862 at
S. N./W.? Davis, Va, the last company muster roll of October 31,1863 records him as present, he appears on a number of rolls of men receiving clothing last on December 24,1864. There was one card in his file with the name Ceaton
Headen.

It needs noting, relatively few Confederate Army records survived to be documented when the War Department produced the Compiled Service Records files circa 1900.
