Yes, Johnny, it's actually quite a bit of help. You have the right Dicey, daughter of Henry Sparks and Mary Conley. The fact that you took the line so far back with spouses is a big leap from where I was with the family line. The most interesting development to me is that Thomas Sparks and Dianah Wilcox had a son in 1827 named William Jayne Sparks. Jayne is an old family name in that part of Kentucky, and a namesake, William Jayne, along with his brothers and cousins formed the "Flat Gap Guards" around Paintsville during the war. Some of their activities are documented in Case 1500, Johnson County, KY Circuit Court between 1862 and 1868. Thanks for adding to the family history.
