Is burial site information required for UDC membership? I had imagined all you needed was some proof of ancestry and a valid service file for a veteran.

My wife's UDC was approved last week and we have no earthly idea where her ancestor's body might lie. He died of wounds at Drewry's Bluff VA, May 15-16, 1864.
