Greg: Thanks for replying. I am trying to make a connection between my ggggrandfather Robert Farley, pvt, 42nd Miss, who was KIA 01Jul63, at Gettysburg. He was born in Nottoway Co, VA. CWSS shows Farley's in G Company, 18th Virginia, I can't as of yet determine whether they were brothers or cousins. By the 1840 census by direct line had apparently left Nottoway Co.
