I was just at New Market Battlefield in the tiny town of New Market, VA, and since I am originally from Missouri, I was interested in Woodson's Missouri too. I found your post, and would tell you--GO TO NEW MARKET. That battlefield and the Hall of Valor there is really impressive. What a sad story! Both for the VMI cadets, some as young as 15, and the 60 dead Missourians.
