This information is from The Virginia Regimental Histories Series - 34th Virginia Infantry by Johnny L. Scott:

Harrison, Randolph: Lt-Colonel: Appointed 6/23/62. He first served with the 18th Va. Inf. Present until on leave 4/63. Present until sick 7/63. He was serving on a court martial 12/27/63. Present until he entered the Petersburg Hosp. 5/13/64. He was wounded near Petersburg and his leg was amputated in 1865. He was born in Cumberland Co. 9/26/29. He attended UVA. He died 9/13/1900.
