This refers to a much earlier post. We now have a flagpole and would like to know which confederate flag would be historically correct to fly here. The site is an artillery emplacement on a bluff overlooking the James River at Lynchburg. It also has a trench line connecting to another gun emplacement and then continuing on to our property line at which point the earthworks have been destroyed by development.

My original post linked to some photos of the site and I trust they can still be accessed. If anybody would like to visit, just look me up.
