As usual, I think you have found him.
This man has no CSR but I found the following
in a County history.
Enlisted 8-22-61 at Tazewell CH. "Flag Bearer".
Captured 9-19-19 at Winchester. Point Lookout.
Exchanged 3-15-65. Age 20.
Died 8-7-1907 of heart attack.
Need info that supports the County history.
