Thompson for 3 years, recorded June 30, 1863 as having been transferred to 5th Kentucky Regt., recorded April 30, 164 as absent, wounded, admitted CSA General Hospital, Charlottesville, Va., June 10, 1864 Hemouhoids [sic], returned to duty July 17, recorded at the end of year as absent, wounded, no further records

Wonder how he ended up at Charlottesville if he was still in the 5th Kentucky. They were in Atlanta in 1864
