For the Bermuda Hundred Campaign read William Glenn Robertson's Backdoor to Richmond and Herbert Schiller's Bermuda Hundred Campaign.

For the Petersburg assaults of June 15-18, read Sean Chick's new book, The Battle of Petersburg.

For the Siege of Petersburg refer to The Petersburg Campaign by Bryce A. Suderow and Edwin C. Bearss.

Of course you should read the official records.

There are also regimental histories for both sides that you can find at google books and download.
