These are the two closest I could find in either army.

William T. Earnest

Residence was not listed;
Enlisted on 10/16/1863 at Demopolis, AL as a Private.
On 10/16/1863 he mustered into "G" Co. AL 28th Infantry
He died of disease as POW on 11/28/1863 at Lookout Valley, TN
(Died of meningitis)
He was listed as:
* POW 11/23/1863 Orchard Knob, TN
* Hospitalized 11/24/1863 Lookout Valley, TN (Sick)
