A review of the Compiled Service Records of the Officers of Company E (Lincoln Hunters) reveal only one requisition for Ordnance stores, that being of 1st Lieutenant John S. Lewellen for one box Sporting Caps at the Charleston, S. C. Arsenal November 20, 1863

Also, the Record of Events for the Regiment and Companies of the 26th Virginia record only one reference to arms carried. Here it is:

Company H (King and Queen Guards)

Stationed at Gloucester Point, June 27-July 1, 1861
This company is a new one and was transported to Gloucester Point on the steamer Logan. This company is uniformed in Gray. Its outfit is tolerably good. The discipline is good. The drill imperfect. The time has been too short. This company is armed with twenty-four mini muskets with accoutrements complete. The property of King and Queen County in part. The residue will be armed with old flintlock muskets.

Note, the Record of Events for the Regiment are not found in Fold.3. They can be found however in Broadfoot’s Supplement to the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies, Part II, Record of Events Vol. 72, Virginia (Confederate) __ Inf. (25th Bn.-64th Mil) Serial No. 84

This might be borrowed through Inter-library loan. I found a copy at the University of Nevada, Reno
