Recently I was talking to a friend of mine,a deer hunter. I am not a hunter. He happened to mention hunting with muzzle loader and how you only got one shot due to time involved in loading. I told him that I had read in a book where a Confederate soldier said that he had a friend that could shoot and reload 4 times in one minute. Having read hundreds of books on the war. I don't remember which book this was mentioned in. Probably an autobiography. Any help appreciated.
