The same uniform may not be correct for all of the 150th events. The 39th battalion was formed in late 1862 and was part of the Army of Northern Va. At that time the Richmond Depot was supplying what have been designated as type 1 shell jackets. Barring any information from other sources on uniforms I would expect them to be issued a shell jacket from the depot of some sort of drab color cotton/wool weave material and similar color but not necessarly matching trousers. Sky blue trousers were issued for a very short time but were not common. Some early war jackets issued from the Richmond Depot are trimmed but not necessarly in yellow. Since Company B was mustered in as scouts, company A may have been clothed in a mixture of civilian and military clothing at first. As the war progressed the supply problem got worse and then better. The material and cut of the shell jackets changed as the war progressed.
There is also the possibility that since they were assigned to General Lee's headquarters they would have been very well clothed but with the same general type uniforms as above. If you are representing an officer he may have also been well supplied perhaps with a frock coat of finer material.
