Steve...

My personal view of "Reviewers" is that they are the same as any of the 'arts' so-called "critics." In general, they can't "do" so they tend to criticize those who can (bet a psych major could write a heckaofa Psy 401 term paper on that aspect of the human thought process!).

I look upon critics much as I did those from the higher headquarters members of the Inspector General's team who annually descended on us down at the 'grunt' level for readiness and/or administrative inspections...they had to absolutely find something to justify their existence...our answer was to leave some "T" uncrossed or "i" undotted for a minor "finding." That made them feel fulfilled and got them off our back much quicker.

Best definition I heard of an inspector...applicable to a "critic" or "reviewer as well, "...their job was to go around the field, after the battle, and shoot the wounded."

Ya' done good...don't let 'em get to you...(not good on my Latin spelling but remember the motto...'Illegtimus non Carborundum' or something to that effect...)
