Hi my name is Shelby Richardson my great grandfather name is William Shields he was a Private Detachment Seminole Negro Indian Scout my grandmother Grace Shields was his dauther. William Shields died in Oct 26, 1910 and my great grandmother receive penion for her and her dauther from the beueu of indain afair until she reach the age of 16 years old.
