DeLomas' Texas Flying Battery

Hello,

The Houston Tro-Weekly Telegraph of June 11, 1862, features an article about a flag presented to Capt. F. G. Delomas' "company of flying artillery."

I can find no "Delomas" in the online Soldiers & Sailors System for Texas units.

The flag was mentioned by J. W. Bradford, and the only Texan with that name that the system has was for a Texas cavalry battalion.

Can anyone help with the proper ID of this unit that received the flag?

Thanks in advance,

Greg Biggs
