You can order them from Texas archives, Fold3 has them with a subscription or order them from from the National archives. If you have the time and patience to do some online looking yourself, you can do a search at https://catalog.archives.gov/id/144964422. This will bring you to Mississippi Soldiers, Richard B. Pittman, who is my grandfather, but above that that in the search box type the man you are seeking.

I do find this a hard site to use with way to many hits.
