remains from Ft Brown, Ringgold Barrakcs

Looking for information about two different people.
first is one Richard Frank Sewell born approx. 1826- died ????? he enlisted on September 14, 1861 and was in the Second Texas Mounted Rifle Reg. According to records he did willfully maliciously and illegally shoot and kill with a pistol on Pvt Henry Lester of Company "C" Yager's Battalion.
Do not know what happened to Richard F Sewell. Did he die before a firing Squad?

Do not have anymore information on Henry Lester. I do not even know where he was from, age, ect.
I looked into burials for Ft Brown, and found that the cemetery where they would have been buried has been moved to Louisiana. Alexandria National Cemetery. Niether of the two men appear on the FAG site.
Looking for any help on locating them.
Sewell was married to Theresa M Erhard Graves Sewell. resident of Bastrop County. This was her second marriage. Her first husband was George Nelson Graves, veteran of Mexican American War.

any help would greatly be appreciated.
