Re: He Says He Shot Stonewall Jackson

Mary Lou Dudley, widow of of William Agustof Dudley, filed pension application from Bexar, Texas in 1935. He had died Nov. 14, 1908 and she claimed his service as an Infantry Private, Drummer Boy, from North Carolina, Bragg’s Brigade, Infantry. Pension was rejected, failure to prove service as no record of his service was found.
