My local library here in Georgia has Virgil White's fine book listing Confederate veterans that applied for pensions from the state of Texas.

After the war hundreds, perhaps thousands of Georgians began life anew and moved to Texas.

Unfortunately, Mr. White (no kin) did not indicate in his book which Confederate unit each veteran had served with, as he did with his similar book of Georgia Confederate pensions.

Has anyone extracted from Virgil's White's Texas pension book the names of those that had served in Georgia commands during the war? I know there are such books for Alabama and Florida pensions where Georgians were extracted and listed.
