Re: Maj. W.J. Alexander-McCord's Regiment

Maj. Alexander passed away on March 10, 1927 in Center Point, Tx. He was 91 years old at the time of his death. I have a copy of his death certificate, which my great-grandmother signed as a witness to confirm the information as being factual. Major Alexander was born on February 1, 1836 in Tennessee. He was a Doctor by profession.
I have located his unmarked grave in Center Point with help of family records and recollections. I am working with the proper authorities to have a grave marker established for him.
