He was Pvt. William Ferguson of Titus county. I think Witt Ferguson was either a brother, or cousin. Did the 11th Infantry see any action between May 1862 to Aug. 1862? I just wasn't sure if he was wounded, or just got sick. His widow Rachel Ferguson was trying to collect some of his pay according to his service records. He may have served in East TX at a train station.
