I am trying to find a death record for Jacob Cutler who served in Co. L of the 28th Texas Cavalry. He was transfered from this unit to Charles L. Morgan's Co. C Texas Cavalry. I know he died during the Civil War but can't find where. I need to find a death record or burial record for him. What happened to this unit and where were they stationed at? Did they see heavy fighting and where? What did Mr. Cutler die from? Any help is greatly appreciated. Shirley Cutler
