Christian Beinhorn is my great-great grandfather who served as corporal under Capt. Horace Haldeman's 4th Texas Field Battery-Light Artillery Houston, Harris County from May 28, 1862 to Feb 1864. I am trying to find more info on their involvement in the war effort and battles encountered. Can you recommend any archive files that would list activity for this group? I am in the process of sending application info to a local Chapter.
