Recovered bullets in Tyler, TX.

"The Smith County Historical Society in Tyler has a lock plate and a collection of bullets recovered when the building used for the cartridge laboratory was razed in 1979."

The quote comes from a posting by Randy Gilbert.

Could anyone give me a description of these bullets...smooth-sided English Pritchett Ball type, or standard 3-ring Minnie type that was made by both the US. & CS. arsenals?
