The only name I see that might be a son of Thomas Davis Williams is B. F. or Benjamin F. Williams of the 6th TX Cavalry. T. D. had a son name Benjamin F. Williams who would have been approx. 13 years old in 1861-62. T. D.'s other son, John "Johnny - Johnathan" Hiram Williams, my great grandfather, has C.W. records as having served in the Oak Hill Home Guard in Fannin Co., TX in 1861 at the known age of 16. Benjamin F. was younger than J. H. by three years and most likely was in the Home Guard with him but who knows maybe passed for being older?? B. F. Williams later lived in Tarrant Co., TX after the War so this is of interest to me. Clydene
