6/23 Capt Hirshfield rec’d $3500 public funds at Houston for the purchase of QM supplies on the route to New Iberia for Waller’s command now under marching orders

6/30 Hempstead- Capt Hirshfield rec’d commissary stores for Waller’s Bn

7/5/62 Bn took up march this date from Hempstead & is now camped near Vermilionville, La
