I just have a tidbit where a Missouri Union soldier was on stockade duty at Tullahoma and he resigned as the commander of the stockade guard. He found out the next day that 13 Missouri guerrillas (bushwackers) were court martialled and to be executed. His replacement was placed in charge of the execution. It appears as if they were shot. That is all I know. The guerrillas were with either William Quantrill or Bloody Bill Anderson earlier in the war. (I do not know how true this story is, we know soldiers sometimes embellished their service a bit after the war.)
Any information would be appreciated.
