That seems to be correct. Also I suspect that George and Mitchell York of Beatty's Independent Scouts were related to Sgt. York. They all being in Fentress County. The Yorks I understand came into Tennessee from Buncombe County, North Carolina. As for drinking on Saturday and church on Sunday I might have done that myself at times...lol.
