Cunningham, Surgeon, 28th Regiment Alabama Infantry, appointed November 27, 1862, signed a requisition for forage for two private horses May 1, 1863 at Shelbyville, Tenn., noted on a Report of "efficiency of Officers," dated September 3, 1863, Very efficient, standing good, noted on a report dated August 13, 1864, left with wounded at New Hope Church, paroled June 16, 1865 at Demopolis, Ala.
