According to the "Tennessee Veteran's Questionaires," a soldier from Iuka, MS, named J. W. Williams, who served in the 4th AL Cavalry (Roddey), wrote a memoir entitled "Private's Reminiscenses of the Battle of Shiloh." It was published in the Memphis Commercial Appeal prior to 1922. Does anyone know the date of publication, or better yet, have a copy of the memoir you can send me? Thanks. Zack Waters
