I have a descendant in my family by the name of Andrew Hampton b. 1827 d. 1864-1865. He was killed by the Raleigh Home Guard (reason unknown to me at this point). There was a mention of an Andrew Hampton in one of the experts I read online about Calvin Brixey. Does anybody know who his men were? or where it could be documented at? Thanks!
