For all of you who have inquired about your ancestors who served with the 31st/39th Tennessee MOunted Infantry, I want to let you all know that there is a Yahoo Group dedicated to the men of the 31st/39th Tennessee. Please come and join the group when you get the opportunity. There is a good number of ancestors in the group and we will hold discussions about anything topic of the regiment. We also have a photo section that has any available photos of the soldiers who served in the regiment. Please come and join the group, would love to have more descendents of the men of the 39th Tennessee involved.
