Searching for gggrandfather on my Hayes side. He was living in Wayne County Tn in 1860 along with wife and 6 children. He moved to Lewis County in 1870.
The way he has skipped around ..........we are wondering if he enlisted in the Civil War.........along with
so many others in those counties close by.
