Searching for burial information on William "Willie" H. McCulloch (1842-1863) Company H, 14th Tenn Infantry Regiment. He was from Clarksville, TN and killed at Gettysburg on July 3, 1863. He has a grave stone beside his father, Thomas McCulloch, in Riverview Cemetery in Clarksville, TN. I have conflicting information on his father actually being about to find his remains to bring him back to Tennessee. Does anyone know the details on this situation? Was his father able to locate him or did he have to come home empty handed? I sure appreciate any help with this.
